I’ve been fascinated by textiles for years, I love sewing and knitting and dabbled with paper craft and spent hours making and designing different things. I taught myself machine sewing and currently have three machines (but only one pair of hands!). I’ve collected all manner of items over time, from cloth to beach glass and all have their need to be used and admired. When I’m not ensconced in my craft room, I am with my family or out geocaching in the countryside.

I love exploring fields and forests and enjoy taking photographs of the woods and their hidden mazes of paths, rich foliage and interesting colours and shapes. This is one of the many subjects that I want to convey via mixed media and I’m so looking forward to my journey with OCA.
